Our company exercises its main activity in the sphere of diving, underwater-technical operations (including underwater welding/cutting) on depths up to 60 meters and ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicles) operations on depths up to 1000 meters in the Caspian Sea. (It was registered by the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic on 23.12.1996 (certificate No. 32020 of state registration) and Tax Inspection of Yasamal District on 07.01.1997 (TIN 6375).

The company has registered its activity in such classification bodies as RMRS (Russian Maritime Registry of Shipping), ABS (American Bureau of Shipping), DNV (Det Norske Veritas), as a company executing the examination of underwater parts of vessel hull and hydro technical structures. And also, it has been a Contractor Member of IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) Diving Division since March 2004.

With the purpose of rendering services to Customer on high level in compliance with modern methods of business conduct, the company has executed the Quality Management System worked out in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 Standard (Certificate No. 22022, Moody International). Since the diving operations are the operations with high extent of risk, it is undoubtedly that the safety issue is priority. Thorough control of each stage of industrial process, taking necessary arrangements in compliance with introduced procedures and industrial HSE requirements, conduct of periodic training on personnel qualification improvement, multistage system of identification and control of possible risks including environment influence and other arrangements insure safety during operations carrying out both for personnel and equipment of Customer, of the company itself and for personnel and equipment of third parties involved in the project. By the moment we are proud to advise that the company has had zero quantity of incidents and industrial accidents for 10 years period of its activity.

There are not big or small projects for us. We are fond of our work and put all our knowledge and experience to satisfy our clients' requirements and expectations. We have carried out operations of various types and levels of complexity for the period of the company's activity. Execution of the operations with high quality allowed the company to gain reputation of reliable partner among the customers and to conclude a contract with AzSPU BP the biggest company in oil-and-gas production in April 2006. "Dalgidj" company was acknowledged by BP to carry out diving and underwater-technical operations both for BP and its contractors.
