Our team consists of professionals with great work experience. Notwithstanding the fact that the company executes air-diving operations on depths up to 60 meters, the greater part of our diving personnel have passed appropriate training and have experience in deep water diving on depths up to 120 meters. All diving personnel of the company except training in compliance with local guide requirements is certified by IMCA international organization. Main diving staff of the company has successfully passed certification on specialty of IMCA Assistant Air-Diving Supervisor. Mentioned training allows local personnel to manage dives during some types of diving operations carrying out without involving foreign specialists of the same level that in its turn is reflected on higher mobility of services provision and accordingly their lower cost. However we invite foreign specialists for some of our projects.

And also, the company sends the personnel for training periodically in compliance with requirements of introduced quality management system to improve qualification of the personnel and for satisfaction of customers' requirements. Such practice provides with continuous development and improvement of skills, safe organization of work, usage of modern equipment and modern methods in underwater-technical operations.

The purpose of all of these arrangements is to provide with qualitative result of work carried out.
